All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/pa/pafiles.htm ************************************************ Daily Local News, 10.03.1950 James E Dulin a businessman in West Chester for 30 yrs died suddenly at abt noon yesterday in the home of his son John at 441 W Gay St. He had been in poor health for sometime but had been able to be up and around until he suffered an attack yesterday. He was in his 71st year. A son of the late John F and Margaret Deasy Dulin he was born in West Chester and spent all of his life here. For 30 yrs he conducted a plumbing and heating business on West Gay St. He lived until recently at 204 W Gay St. He was a member of the nights of Columbus, Fraternal order of the Eagles and the first West Chester Fire Co. A life long member of St Agnes Roman Catholic Church and a member of its Holy Name Society. Along with his widow, Dulin is survived by the following children: Charles A, Margaret wife of Lewis Hickman Jr., Vincent C all of West Chester. Marie wife of Elston Haynes of Columbia, Helen, wife of Lewis Jarrett, West Chester. Joseph of Phoenix, Arizona, John F of West Chester and Jean at home. Surviving also are 22 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. A sister Mary wife of William Mc Guigan and 2 brothers Frank and Paul all of Philadelphia also survive.
