She was a daughter of the late James Hines Sr and Mary Fraim Hines. She had been in poor health since she fell and broke her hip last January. Born in Chester County where she spent all her life, Mrs. Entriken formerly lived at Sugartown, Westtown and Malvern. At the time of her death she made her home with her son-in-law and daughter, Mr and Mrs. Walter P Townsend of Cheyney. In her earlier years she was an active member of the Goshen Baptist church and the Malvern Baptist Church. She will be sadly missed by a host of friends. A brother James Hines, of West Chester and the following children survive: Miss Esther Roger Entriken, of Landenberg; Jacob Rogers Entriken, of Grants Pass, Oregon; Anne wife of John r Hollinger of Atlantic City, New Jersey; Marian wife of S Earl Dubbel of Huntington, Pa; Lillian, wife of Vernon H Brown of New York City; Roberta, wife of Walter H Townsend; and Dr J Norman Entriken of Kennett Square. Entriken – On Saturday August 26th, 1944 Anna H widow of George Entriken Sr in her 83rd year. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral at the Harold A Famous funeral Home, 1010 South Church Street, West Chester, Pa, on Tuesday, August 29 at 2 p m. Interment in Oaklands Cemetery. Please omit flowers.
