He was a son of the late John Entriken of Sugartown and a native of Thornbury Township in his youth attending Shady Grove School. Until about a year ago he had made his home in Malvern serving as the first Treasurer of the borough and also having served as Burgess and Councilman taking an active part in all municipal matters. He married a daughter of the late Joaquim Bishop manufacturer in this country whose well-known business was located in Malvern. He is survived by two sons and two daughters, Ralph in the engineering department at Cramp's shipyards, Philadelphia' James Carroll a dentist in Philadelphia; Mary E and Jean C at home. He had been ill about four months. The late George Entriken of Westtown was a brother.
