He was a prosperous farmer of that county named. Mr. FINEGAN had three brothers who came to this county when young men. They became substantial, prosperous citizens of West Chester or vicinity, namely James, Bernard and Patrick, all deceased. He also had other relatives here. Bernard, a well known former contractor still residing in West Chester; Thomas, deceased, a former policeman of this place; and a daughter, married, living in Philadelphia, were his children. Mrs. Catherine FINEGAN, still living at an advanced age in West Chester, is a sister, and there are also several grandchildren and other near relatives in this country, all well-respected citizens.
