Fisher, Sr., passed away at his home in Modena last night, in the 69th year. He had lived in Modena for the past thirty-eight years, where he was well known and had a host of friends. He had been an employe (sic) of the Nice Iron Company for the past ten years. He had been ill since January 4th. Mr. Fisher was born at Rock Run, a son of the late Benjamin F. Fisher. His wife, the former Sara Lindsley, passed away in November last. He is survived by the following children: William M. Fisher, Philadelphia; Benjamin E. Fisher, Modena; Rebecca, wife of John Mehard (sic s/b Meharg), Coatesville; Albert K. Fisher, Jr., Coatesville; Walter M. Fisher, Lancaster; Hattie L., wife of Roy Evans, Wilmington, Del.; Lillie E., wife of Richard K. Lyons, Coatesville; Frank B. Fisher, Chester; Hazel, wife of Corporal Earl Eppeheimer, Boothwyn, and Edward H. Fisher, Modena. There are eleven grandchildren. Brothers and sisters surviving are Garfield Fisher, Philadelphia; Walter Fisher, Sr., Downingtown; George, Thomas and Benjamin Fisher, Lenni; Matthew Fisher, Chester Heights; Ella, wife of James King, Lenni.
