Oliver Fries, a well-known resident of near Coventryville, Chester County, died at 1 o’clock Tuesday morning at his residence after several weeks’ illness with heart disease. He was 61 years of age and leaves his wife, Mattie, and two daughters, Mrs. Laura Missimer, of Philadelphia, and Lulu Fries. Benjamin Fries, of Pottstown and Dr. Wm Fries, of Brooklyn, are brothers of the deceased. He was a worthy citizen, and during his busy life followed the occupation of shoemaker and farmer.
