Gibson, of Meadville. Mr. Gibson was born at the Gibson homestead in East Bradford. His early school days were spent at Harmony Hill, and he finished his education at Prof. Wyers’, in West Chester. He always attended the Harmony Hill reunions so long as his health permitted him to make the trip East. He was a veteran of the Civil War, A member of the 29t Pennsylvania Emergency Militia, under Colonel Joseph Hawley. Mr. Gibson went to Meadville in 1865, and for a time engaged in the lumber business, but of late years has lived retired. He married Margaret Rockefeller, of Ohio, who with one daughter, Minnie A. Gibson, survives him. Also one sister, Lydia Gibson Kline, Philadelphia. Additional Comments: No death date provided in the information.
