Hartenstine In Wilmington General Hospital, yesterday, Harry W. Hartenstine passed away, in the 77th year of his age. He had been taken ill on Monday, when he suffered a stroke. He was born in Warwick Township, this county, a son of the late Herbert and Mary A. Hartenstine, and had lived in Wilmington for the past 28 years, where he was a textile worker. He is survived by his wife, who was formerly Miss Ida N. Haas, of Lancaster County. Children surviving are: Wilmer K., Mrs. Paul Pennington, Mrs. Joseph Getshall, Mrs. Robert Brown, Mrs. Thomas Fuhr, Mrs. George Reign (with whom he and his wife had made their home); John Hartenstine and Mrs. Joseph McCollum, all of Wilmington, Del. There are 11 grand children and two great- grandchildren. Four brothers, David, of Valley Forge; Abram, of Broomall; Howard, of Pottstown, and Johnathan, of Exton, and a half brother, Frank Comstock, of Glen Moore, also survive. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral services at his late residence, 266 Market St., Wilmington, Del., on Monday April 21, at 8 p.m. Further services at Pine Swamp Evangelical Church on Tuesday, April 22d, at 2.30 p.m. Interment in adjoining cemetery.
