Place of death - At the home of her son, William, in Atglen [Chester Co, PA]
Age - An advanced age
Spouse - Widow of Thomas Hess
Residence - Formerly of Parkesburg, Chester Co PA
Survivors - Five children: William, with whom she resided in Atglen; Nellie, 
wife of Daniel C.[or S.] Sharpe, who moved from Pomeroy to West Chester last 
Friday; George Hess, West Chester; Jennie, wife of Leroy [Roy] Smale, of 
Parkesburg, and Samuel Hess, Norristown. There are a number of grandchildren.
Other information - She lived on Main Street in Parkesburg for many years and 
was well known in that town.

Burial - September 12, 1940, Upper Octorara Presbyterian Cemetery, Parkesburg, 
Chester Co, PA
