Mrs. Thomas Hess 
Mrs. Emma June Hess, widow of Thomas Hess, formerly of Parkesburg, died 
yesterday shortly before noon at the home of her son, William in Atglen, at an 
advanced age.  She was well known n Parkesburg, having lived on Main street 
for many years.  She is survived by five children:  William, with whom she 
resided in Atglen, Nellie, wife of Daniel C. Sharpe, who moved from Pomeroy to 
West Chester; Jennie, wife of Leroy Smale, of Parkesburg and Samuel Hess, 
Norristown.  There are a numberof grand children.
