Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the residence of her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Wm Carey, NO. 500 Nields Street, on Friday, the 8th inst. Services at 3.15 o’clock. Interment at Greenmount. Daily Local News, March 9, 1918 The funeral of Catharine May Holston, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Benjamin Holston, was held yesterday afternoon from the home of her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. William Carey, Nields street. Services were conducted by Rev. Edward C. Kunkle, Pastor of the First Baptist Church, and selections were sung by Mrs. A. Wayne Elliott and Mrs. Harry J. Black. The pall bearers were four little girl friends of the deceased: Margaret Cooper, Mary Green, Elizabeth Starr, Appie Starr. Daily Local News, March 6, 1918 Catharine May Holston, aged five years, is dead at the Chester County Hospital following a lengthy sickness with tubercular trouble. She was the daughter of Benjamin and Isabel (sic) Holston , this place and granddaughter of William Carey of 500 Nields Street.
