Mrs. Huggins, who was 65, was the daughter of John T. and Clara Downing Fox. She was a member of St. James’ Episcopal Church, Downingtown, and throughout her life took an active interest in club and fraternal work. She was educated at Linden Hall and Downingtown public schools, and leaves a large circle of friends and relatives. She is survived by her husband, Dr. Joseph Huggins; one son, Joseph, of San Francisco, Cal., and twin daughters, Clara Huggins Morton, wife of G.A. Morton, of Seattle, Wash., and Louise Huggins Hunter, wife of Charles Hunter, Jr., of Tacoma, Wash. There are four grandsons. Ibid: HUGGINS- Downingtown, Monday, March 13, Helen Fox Huggins.
