Mrs. Mabel Hughes
Mrs. Mabel Hughes, daughter of Mrs. Ella Gladman and the late John Gladman, 
died last night at the Watson Convalescent Home, Philadelphia.  A lifelong 
resident of West Chester, she was a member of the Second Presbyterian Church.  
Surviving are her mother and a daughter, Gladys.

HUGHES- In Philadelphia, Pa., on Sunday Jan. 28, 1951, Mrs. Mabel Hughes.  
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral without further notice 
from the Day Funeral Home, 115 W. Chestnut St., West Chester, on Thursday, Feb. 
1, at 1 o’clock.  Interment Chestnut Grove Cemetery.  Friends may call 
Wednesday evening 7-9 o’clock.

Additional Survivor
In the obituary of Mrs. Mabel Hughes, reported in yesterday’s edition, one 
survivor was omitted.  She is Mrs. Thomas D. Clayton, Coatesville, a niece of 
the late Mrs. Hughes.
