          JOHNSON.--In Philadelphia, on Friday, August 10th, 1883, at the
      residence of her husband, Mrs. SARAH D. JOHNSON, wife of 
      GEORGE R. JOHNSON, formerly of West Chester, aged 55 years.
          Funeral on Tuesday, August 14th, from the residence of RICHARD
      MEREDITH, near Boot Tavern, West Goshen. To leave the house at
      11 o'clock.
