All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/pa/pafiles.htm ************************************************ Daily Republican June 2 1947 Mrs. Mabel (Buckwalter) King, 73 widow of J Peirce King who resided with her daughter-in-law Mrs. Clare (Campbell) King, South Gay Street, died on Saturday afternoon. She had been in poor health for the past several years. She resided in Norristown and Kimberton before moving to Phoenixville 15 years ago and was a member of Centennial Lutheran Church Kimberton. Her son Clare B King died in August 1945. In addition to her daughter-in-law she is survived by a grandson, Clare B King Jr, a cadet midshipman in the Maritime Service, a granddaughter, Anita Jane, at home and a sister Mrs. Bertha Bradford, Spring City. Funeral services will be held at the F B Neiman and Son Funeral Home 241-43 First Avenue, tomorrow at 2 p.m. Burial will be in St. Peter's (Upper Pikeland) Lutheran Cemetery. Friends may call tomorrow from noon until 2 p m.
