HELEN MCAFEE, 91, RETIRED SEAMSTRESS

Helen (Ralston) McAfee, 91, formerly of Spring City, died Friday at the Masonic 
Homes, Elizabethtown.

Born in Chester springs, she was a daughter of the late Harold and Anna 
(Brownback) Ralston.

Mrs. McAfee resided most of her life in the spring City area and attended school 
in Birchrunville. She attended business school in Pottstown and was a seamstress 
at the Valley Forge Flag Company, Spring City, for many years. She was a member 
of St. Peter's Baptist Church, St. Peter's.

Surviving are three sons, Harold McAfee of Pottstown, Everett McAfee of 
Birdsboro and William McAfee of south Coventry, three daughters, Margaret 
Derecola of Royersford, Edith wife of Russell Hartman, of Boyertown, and Jean 
wife of Samuel Carpenter, of South Coventry, 17 grandchildren and 34 great grand 
children.

She was preceded in death by three grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Cattermole-Klotzbach Funeral 
Home, 600 Washington Street, Royersford. The Rev Daryl R Hilbert, pastor of the 
East Nantmeal Baptist Church, will officiate.

Friends may call from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

Burial will be in St. Matthew's united Church of Christ, Chester Springs.

Contributions may be made in her name to the Masonic Homes. 1 Masonic Drive, 
Elizabethtown, Pa, 17022.

(Ralston) McAfee, formerly of Spring City, Pennsylvania, age 91 years. Relatives 
and friends are invited to attend the funeral service from the Cattermole-
Klotzbach Funeral Home, 600 Washington Street, Royersford, Pennsylvania, Tuesday 
morning June 25, 1996 at 10:00 a.m. Burial will be n the St. Matthew's United 
Church of Christ Cemetery in Chester Springs, Pennsylvania. Friends may call 
from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Monday evening at the funeral home. Memorial gifts 
may be made in her name to The Masonic Home, One Masonic Drive, Elizabethtown, 
Pennsylvania, 17022.
