MOORE--On Saturday, December 14th, 1889, at Gurthrieville, George L. Moore, in 
the 70th year of his age.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral on 
Thursday, Dec. 19. Services at the house at 11 a.m. Interment at Hopewell M. E. 
Cenetery.

The funeral of George L. Moore, the aged and well known undertaker of 
Guthrieville, took place yesterday. The attendance was very large, many coming 
from Guthrieville, Downingtown, Coatesville, Philadelphia, Wayne and elsewhere. 
The body was enclosed in a draped casket and was clothed in a black suit with 
satin vest and looked quite natural. Among the pall-bearers were Squire 
Greenwood, of Valley township, and Robert Smith, of Philadelphia. Services were 
conducted by Rev. Mr. Alcorn of the Hopewell M. E. Church, and Rev. Mr. McLean, 
of the Brandywine Manor Presbyterian Church.
