Moser in her seventieth year, Margaret E., widow of William C. Moser, died in Reading on Monday while sitting in a chair. She was born and reared in East Nantmeal, and made her home there nearly all her life. She was a daughter of the late Napoleon and Ellen (nee Liggett) Markley. Her mother was a distant relative of Major General Hunter Liggett of Reading, a leader of the American Expeditionary Forces in France. She was a member of the Baptist Church of East Nantmeal, and was active in the affairs of that congregation until she removed to Reading seven years ago. Her husband, William C. Moser preceded her I death, nine years. There remain the following children: Frank M. of Topton, Emma, wife of Chas. Shultz, Reading; Harvey H, located at the United States Hospital, at Pittsburgh, and Adeline, wife of Gerald Emes of Stowe. Also, these brothers and sisters: John, Joseph and Peter Markley, Hanna, wife of John Walleigh; Annie, widow of James McElhenny; nine grandchildren and two great grand children, all of Reading.
