Relatives and friends are invited to the services from Shalkop Funeral Home, 135 Bridge Street, Spring City, Pa., on Thursday , January 31, at 1 p.m. Interment in Grove Methodist Cemetery, West Chester, Pa. Friends may call at the funeral home Wednesday evening from 7 to 9 p.m. (Shalkop) Pottstown Mercury Pottstown, Pennsylvania Monday, January 28, 1974 Earl Mosteller, 77, Former Carpenter Dies at Home Earl E. Mosteller Sr., 77, husband of Ethel H. (Walton) Mosteller, 536 Bridge Street, Spring City, died Sunday at his home. He was ill the past year. Born in West Vincent Township, he was a son of J. Howard and Martha (Sturgis) Mosteller. He was a resident of Royersford before moving to Spring City 11 years ago. He was employed as a carpenter by R. B. Hunter, contractor, 25 years until retiring four years ago. He was a member of Royersford United Methodist Church and a life member of Humane and Friendship Fire Companies, Royersford. Surviving with his widow are a son, Earl E. Jr. 131 Adam Street, Royersford; a daughter E. Gloria, wife of William G. McFarland, 408 Bridge Street, Spring City; a brother Howard, West Chester; two granddaughters and two great- granddaughters. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Thursday from Shalkop Funeral Home, 135 Bridge Street, Spring City. The Rev. Thomas G. Young, pastor of Royersford UMC, will officiate. Interment will be in Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery, West Chester. A viewing will be 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
