MARY B MOSTELLER Yesterday morning at about 10:30, Mrs. Mary Brownback, the widow of John Mosteller, passed away at the home of her son Clinton K. Mosteller, 302 West Union Street, West Chester, after a brief illness of about ten days in the 86th year of her age. Mrs. Mosteller was a native of Northern Chester County. Since the death of her husband she has been making her home with her sons, passing the summer with James, near Kimberton, and the winter with Clinton K., of West Chester. Another son is Dr. William Mosteller, a prominent physician of Phoenixville. There are other relatives in this place and northern Chester County, on both her and her late husband's side, the families being of old Chester County stock. She was a member of the St. Matthew's Reformed Church and a frequent attendant when able. She was an estimable woman with many friends. A few days since she caught a heavy cold, which developed into pneumonia which, proved fatal. The funeral notice will be found elsewhere in to-day's paper. Mosteller – In West Chester, on February 14th, 1915, Mary Brownback, widow of John Mosteller, in the 86th year of her age. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral without further notice from the residence of her son, James B. Mosteller, in West Vincent Township, on Wednesday, February 17th. All services at the house at 1:30 o'clock p.m. Carriages will meet trains at Kimberton, Pickering Valley Railroads. Remains can be viewed at 303 West Union Street on Tuesday at 10 a.m. Daily Local West Chester, Pennsylvania February 17, 1915 From the home of her son, James B. Mosteller, in West Vincent Township, the funeral of Mary Brownback, widow of John Mosteller, takes place this afternoon, services being conducted by Rev. Mr. Adams, pastor of St. Matthew's Reformed Church. Pallbearers are Horace A. Fetters, Upper Uwchland, Carey Sturges, West Vincent, George S. Dewees, William J Wetheral, George J. Moses, West Chester, and Dewees J. Mosteller, a grandson. The body was taken from West Chester, where Mrs. Mosteller's death occurred.
