Obituary for Bertha Elizabeth Jackson Printz

Mrs. Bertha E. Printz
Mrs. Bertha E., wife of Clarence J. Printz, died Saturday evening at her home 
after an illness of several days from the effects of an attack of the 
influenza, aged about 34 years.  She is survived by a husband and three 
children besides other relatives.  She was a daughter of William Jackson, a 
well – known resident of Strasburg Road, East Bradford Township.  There are 
also a sister and several brothers living.  The deceased was born on November 
5th 1884, was married, on November 5th and will be interred on November 5th. 

PRINTZ – In West Chester, on November 2, 1918. Bertha E., wife of C.J. Printz, 
in the 34th year of her age.  

Funeral private from her late residence, in West Bradford township, on 
Tuesday, November 5.  Meet at the house at 2 o’clock p.m.  Interment at 
Greenmount Cemetery.

Funerals
The funeral of Bertha E., wife of C.J. Printz took place yesterday from her 
late residence, in East Bradford township, interment being made at Greenmount 
Cemetery.  The funeral services at the house were conducted by Rev. John Mills 
Gilbert, rector of the Church of the Holy Trinity.  The pallbearers were all 
veterans of the Spanish-American War, of which Mr. Printz is also.  They were 
James Rox, Rufus Cheyney, Morris Sellers, Frank Sullivan, James Dooley and 
Howard Cunningham.




Additional Comments:
Bertha Elizabeth Jackson Printz was the daughter of William Alfred Jackson and 
Georganna Robinson Jackson.
