Relatives and friends are respectfully invited, without further notice,to attend the funeral from her late residence, West Vincent Township, Chester County, Pa., on Wednesday, March 18, 1896. Leave the house at 11 o’clock a.m. Services and interment at St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church. Carriages will meet the train at Chester Springs at 9:30 a.m. THURSDAY, MARCH 19, 1896 DUST TO DUST SOME WELL KNOW CHESTER COUNTIANS LAID TO REST YESTERDAY The funeral of Mrs. William Ralston took place yesterday forenoon from her husband’s residence, in West Vincent Township, near the Vincent Baptist Church. It was largely attended by the large circle of relatives and friends of the deceased, who had come to pay a last tribute of respect to her memory. The funeral procession left the house at 11 o’clock and proceeded to the St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church, where the services were conducted by the pastor of the Upper Pikeland Lutheran Church. He was assisted by Rev. Mr. Sult, the Pastor of the St. Paul’s and St. Matthew’s Reformed Churches. Both Spoke appropriately of the life and character of the deceased. The chief floral designs consisted of a beautiful pillow of white roses and lillies in the center of which was the word "Mother>" Tha pall bearers were Jonathan McAfee, George Ralston, Esq., Frederick Mosteller, Clinton Mosteller, W. W. Sheneman and Silas King. MRS. SARAH A. RALSTON Mrs. Sarah A., wife of William Ralston, of West Vincent, died on Saturday after a very breif illiness of pneumonia. She leaves three children, George (this is her grandson, not son), a director in the Farmers’ and Mechanics’ Bank, William and Mrs. Clifford Emery, of Birchrunville. There are also many other realtives she being related to the Mosteller and other families in the neighborhood. She was seventy years old.
