On the 3d inst., in East Whiteland, Jacob Ruth, aged 76 years, 11 months and 17 
days.

Jacob and Ann are buried at Union Hall a.k.a. Flat Road Cemetery. See tombstone

Further: Under newpaper articles, Jacob sells is household and farm utensils in 
February 1865 and he dies August 3, of the same year.
