Saucerman Yesterday morning, at the Chester County Hospital, Eleanor A. wife of William L Saucerman, 146 Nields Street, died after an operation for the removal of pus. She was 23 years old, a daughter of Conductor S.O. Wise. An infant, fourteen months old, and nine brothers and sisters survive her. Daily Local News February 12, 1906 Saucerman- In West Chester, on February 11th, 1906, Eleanor A., wife of William L. Saucerman, and daughter of S.O. and Maggie Wise, in the 22d year of her age. Relatives and friends of the family are respectfully invited to attend the funeral without further notice from her late residence, 146 Nields Street, on Wednesday February 14. Meet at the house at 1 o’clock. Interment at Greenmount Cemetery. Daily Local News, February 14, 1906 This afternoon the funeral of Mrs. William L. Saucerman took place fro her late home, on Nields street, and interment was made at Greenmount Cemetery, Services were conducted b Rev. Charles R. Williamson, pastor of the Westminster Presbyterian Church. The pall bearers were George Finegan, William Simpson, Joseph Mann, William Gray, Clarence King and Lawrence Reagan. Many flowers arranged in handsome designs were presented by relatives and friends. Among these were the following: A broken wheel from the husband, William Saucerman; wreath from the baby, Benjamin Saucerman; gates ajar from the father and mother, Mr. and Mrs. S.O. Wise; pillow from the grandmother Mrs. Wise; harp with broken string from sisters and brothers; sickle and star from the father and mother in law, Mr. and Mrs. John Saucerman; rope of twenty two roses, telling the age of the departed, from the brothers and sisters in the Saucerman family; spray of violets from Lawrence Reagan, bouquets from Mr. and Mrs. George Davis and Mrs. Elwood Davis; Mrs. Joseph Brown, Mrs. William Simpson, Mr. and Mrs. Oliver Hetherington, MR and Mrs. Herman F Wyers. There were also a cluster of carnations from the relatives who reside here, a design from Mr. and Mrs. Frank McCallum, Downingtown and one from the emloyes (sic) of P. Lipson.
