He is survived by a brother, Nehemiah Sheeder, and two daughters, Mrs. Hosea Latshaw, of Spring City, and Mrs. Emerson Brower, of Philadelphia. West Chester Star, December 30, 1912 Hosea Sheeder, a well-known and much respected Spring City citizen, died Friday evening from a stroke of apoplexy. He had never suffered much illness and remained at work until 11 o’clock Friday afternoon, although he felt very ill. Finally he went to the home of Mr. and Mrs. George Epright, with whom he boarded. He was very ill and went to bed on his arrival at the Epright home, on New Street. On going into the room occupied by Mr. Sheeder, Mr. Epright found his boarder had fallen out of bed and appeared unconscious. A physician was summoned but arrived too late, Mr. Sheeder having died. Hosea Sheeder was a carpenter by trade and had been employed in the pattern shop at the Buckwalter Stove Works. He was 67 years of age and is survived by one brother, Nehemiah Sheeder, of Chestnut Street, and two daughters, Mrs. Hosea Latshaw, of Main Street, Spring City, and Mrs. Emerson Brower, of Philadelphia.
