Cornelius J. Sheridan
Word was received here yesterday of the death in Ohio, of Cornelius J. 
Sheridan, of this city.  The body is on the way here for interment in St. 
Cecilia’s Cemetery.  Mr. Sheridan was born and raised in this city, but has 
been employed in Ohio for a long time.  He was a brother of Joseph and Michael 
Sheridan.

Cornelius Sheridan, and old Coatesville boy, was in town yesterday having 
taken a run down from Minersville to see his father, James Sheridan.  He 
states that he is a boiler inspector in that region, and that this is his 
first vacation for nearly three years.  He was surprised at the prosperity in 
his old home and reports business as very dull in some parts of the coal 
regions.
