Mrs. William Slobodzian
Mrs. Erma D. Slobodzian, wife of William Slobodzian, Kimberton, passed away at 
the age of 75 years, on Saturday, in the Phoenixville Hospital, where she had 
been a patient for several days, following an illness of five months.

Born in Birchrunville, a daughter of the late Joseph and Francina Sturges, she 
had lived in the Birchrunville and Kimberton area all her life.  She was a 
member of St. Matthew’s Lutheran Church, Ludwig’s corner.

The last of her immediate family, she is survived by her husband, William, and 
several nieces and nephews.

SLOBODZIAN-In Phoenixville Hospital, on Saturday, Oct. 2, Erma D., wife of 
William Slobodzian, aged 75.  Relatives and friends are invited to attend the 
funeral from the Nelson Funeral Home, 311 New St. Spring City, on Wednesday, 
Oct. 6, at 2 o’clock.  Interment in St. Matthews Lutheran Cemetery.  Friends 
may call Tuesday evening 7 to 9 o’clock.
