            Fire Company. 
Military: U.S. Army Air Force during World War II.
Survived by: daughters, Mary K., wife of David Rowe, of Oley and Ruth S., wife 
             of Christopher Kurylak, of Exton; and three brothers, Wallace 
             Smiley of Delaware, Thomas B. Smiley of Kimberton and John "Jack" 
             Smiley of Trappe.
Funeral: Centennial Evangelical Lutheran Church, Coldstream and Hares Hill 
         roads, Kimberton
Interment: St. Matthew’s U.C.C. Cemetery, Chester Springs.
