Smith, died in Everett, Mass., February 7th. She formerly lived in West Chester and was s daughter of the late James Walton, and sister of Mrs. Hartman Sylvester, of this borough. She was the second sister to die since Thanksgiving. The remains will be brought to West Chester for Interment. SMITH- In Everett, Mass., suddenly on February 7th, Williamanna, wife of Mifflin W. Smith, formerly of West Chester. Relatives and friends of the family are respectfully invited to attend the funeral without further notice upon arrival of train reaching West Chester on Saturday, February 11, at 9:47 a.m. Interment at Greenmount Cemetery. Daily Local News, February 11, 1905 This morning the body of Mrs. Mifflin W. Smith, late of Everett, Mass., was laid to rest in Greenmount Cemetery. Members of the family accompanied the remains here last night, coming on the Federal Express, but the husband, who as been ailing for some weeks, was not well enough to undertake the journey. Services were conducted in the Greenmount Chapel by Rev. William E. Needham, Pastor of the First Baptist Church, other services having previously been held at the home. The bearers were George and Frank Sylvester, of West Chester and John P. Evans and David Wright, of Philadelphia.
