Mrs. Wm. W. Speakman
Anna Travilla, wife of the late Dr. William W. Speakman, of Swthmore, passed 
away on Seventh-day,Tenth-month, 27th in the hospital in East Stroudsburg, 
following an operation, in her 79th year.
She was born in West chester, a daughter of the late Jonathan and Martha 
Travilla. She had spent last in California.
She was an accepted minister of the Society of Friends, and was honored and 
revered by all who knew her.
She is survived by two daughters, martha Speakman Wood, of Mt.Kisco, West 
Chester County, New York, and Janet Speakman, of Buck Hill Falls. There is one 
grandson , now in the Navy.
A sister, mary Travilla is a guest at the Hickman Memorial Home.
