Deceased has been a resident of Orange County New Jersey for some time past. He has been filling the position of first asssistant to Commissioner Albert Funk, railroad arbitator, whose head quaters are in New York. Deceased was thewas the son of William Spoeakman of Walllace Township, Chester County where among his large circle of friends his early death will be read with a great deal of sorrow.
