She had been ill for several moths with dropsical complications. Mrs. Wallace became a member of Parkesburg Presbyterian church when it became an independent church having previously a member of the parent church of Upper Octoraro. She was a member of the societies affiliated with her church and the hour of her rather sudden passing was gladdened by the companionship of her pastor, who had dropped by for a call.
