He had been in his usual health up to a month ago, when his wife died and following that he suffered a general breakdown. He made his home with hid daughter, Mrs. William J. Meldrum. Several grown children survive him. Ibid WEIR- In Downingtown, on May 19, Kinsey Weir, aged 73 years. Relatives and friends of the family are respectfully invited without further notice to attend the funeral services from the residence of his son-in-law, William Meldrum, 352 Washington avenue, on Tuesday, may 22. all services at the house at 1:30 p.m. Interment at Willistown Friends Burial Ground. Daily Local News, May 22, 1917 Edward Weir, a prominent resident of Malvern, was in West Chester this morning en route to attend the funeral of his brother Kinsey Weir, who died in the 73d year of his age.
