Her children arranged to have a reunion, and assembled there at about 3 o’clock in the afternoon. There were present, Mrs. Elizabeth Wallace and daughter, of Burlington, New Jersey; Jacob Anderson, of Philadelphia; Mrs. Ellen Archie, Philadelphia; James Anderson and family, West Chester; Mrs. Ella Gladman and daughter, West Chester; Mrs. Amy Smith, West Chester. They brought with them some very valuable and useful presents and spent a very pleasant and enjoyable afternoon and evening together. Mrs. Wolf is now a widow for the second time. The children were all by her first husband, James Anderson and with the exception of Ellen, who was born in Philadelphia, there were all born in New London, this county. Besides the children and grandchildren named, Mrs. Louisa Gladman, mother of J.G. Gladman was present. Morning Republican March 2, 1898 Mrs. Frances Wolfe The funeral of Mrs. Frances A. Wolfe will take place this afternoon at two o’clock; interment at Chestnut Grove Cemetery, adjoining the borough. Mrs. Wolfe died early Monday morning in her rooms over Charles T. Young’s store, West Gay Street, at the age of 78 years from an attack of heart disease. She was the mother of James Anderson, this borough, and leaves several other grown- up children. Morning Republican March 3, 1898 Mrs. Frances Wolfe Was buried yesterday afternoon from the home of her daughter n West Gay Street. Services were conducted by Rev. Charles L. Jefferson, of Wilmington, Delaware, a former pastor of the Second Presbyterian church, this borough, of which congregation the deceased was a consistent member. Rev. C.L. Butler, of Lincoln University, who is at present filling the pulpit of the local church, and Rev. Mr. Johnson, of the Oxford colored church, also assisted at the services. The pallbearers were James Granville, Jacob, Alfred and George Anderson, sons of the dead woman, and John G. Gladman. Interment was made at Chestnut Grove Cemetery by undertaker Joseph B. Smith.
