Education: graduated 1937, West Chester High School.
Survived by two sons, J. Willis Yearsley III and M. Irwin Yearsley, both of West Chester, 
            a daughter, Denise C. Yearsley, of West Chester, a brother, Warren H. Smith of 
            Lionville, and five grand children.
Funeral: Boyd Funeral Home.  
Interment: Birmingham-Lafayette Cemetery, West Chester.
