Daily Local News, march 22, 1950
Marie T. Smothers, 33, West Chester, of 504 East Miner Street, West Chester, 
was granted a divorce from John W. Smothers, 39, of West Chester, on grounds 
of indignities.  The date of their marriage was given as November 18, 1937, 
and Mrs. Smothers testified they seperated in 1941.
