Charles M. McLane, rector of St. James Church, this place. The young couple will reside on East Lancaster Avenue in the house recently purchased by the Doctor. They are now enjoying a short wedding trip. Ibid: Huggins-Fox A wedding of much interest was solemnized on Wednesday, October 16, at the home of Mr. and Mrs. John T. Fox, when Miss Helen Virginia Fox, their niece, was united in holy matrimony to Joseph Huggins, D.D.S. The sacrament of marriage was administered by the Rev. Charles H. McLane, rector of St. James’ Church, of which church both the bride and groom are communicants. Dr. Huggins practices dentistry in Downingtown. He was practically the founder of the Beaver Creek Country Club and its present flourishing condition is due largely to his indefatigable efforts. While interested socially in the community, he is also a vestryman of St. James’ parish. Miss Helen Virginia Fox, who became his bride, has always been a very popular and active young woman, interested not only in the social life of the locality, but also in the welfare of St. James’ parish. The bride and groom were married at 4:30 p.m. and departed on the 5:2 p.m. train to Philadelphia, intending to visit the Pan- American Exposition at Buffalo, and some of the prominent New England cities and resorts. Mr. and Mrs. Huggins will be at home after November 27th, at 347 East Lancaster Avenue, Downingtown, where they will be delighted to welcome their innumerable friends, who wish them the greatest possible success and happiness in life.
