The ceremony which took place at the home of the bride, was performed by the Rev. Dr. Snyder, of Phoenixville, in the presence of one hundred and fifty guests, many coming from New York, Philadelphia, West Chester, (Ambler, Norristown, Phoenixville and other parts. The house was beautifully decorated with cut flowers and plants. A most elaborate banquet was served by a caterer of Germantown, while a string orchestra from Philadelphia furnished delightful music. The bride look most charming in a soft white satin trimmed with lace and orange blossoms. Her veil was of exquisite lace, draped from a coronet of orange blossoms, and fell to the end of the train. She carried a shower bouquet of bride rises and lilies. The matron of honor, Mrs. Alexander Colville Jr., of Philadelphia, wore a beautiful gown of pink crepe de chine, trimmed with bands of sable. She wore a large black hat of maline simply trimmed with one pink French rose. He bouquet was of Killarney roses and pink sweet peas. Little Alexander Colville 3rd was a page. The best man was William Vincent Leonard Yeager, of the Art Department on the Philadelphia Press, brother of Captain Homer Yeager, of the United States Navy. Both Miss Harry and Mr. Mosteller are descendants from Colonial and Revolutionary families. On their return from their weeding trip they will reside at Fairlawn until the completion of their new home at Chester Springs. Mr. Mosteller is a successful commission merchant in Philadelphia. Among those present from West Chester were: Mrs. William Thompson Shafer and Miss Shafer, Miss Alice Pennypacker, Miss Davis, Miss Neiter, Mrs. Joseph T. Rothrock and Miss Rothrock, Dr. Harry A. Rothrock and Mrs. Rothrock. West Chester Star January 24, 1914 MOSTELLER – HARRY A very attractive wedding took place on Saturday afternoon at "Fairlawn," the home of Mrs. Joshua Pusey Harry, near Anselma, when her daughter, Miss Florence Anne Harry, was united in marriage with Dewees Mosteller, of Chester Springs, a well-known commission merchant in Philadelphia. The ceremony was performed by Rev. Martin Luther Snyder, pastor of the Central Lutheran Church, of Phoenixville. On their return from their wedding journey Mr. and Mrs. Mosteller will remain at "Fairlawn" until their future home, which is in course of erection in Chester Springs, is ready for occupancy.
