he engagement of their daughter, Mary Davis, to Frederic John Seibert, son of 
Mr. and Mrs. Charles A. Seibert, of 336 Manor Ave.  Miss Smedley is a graduate 
of Downingtown high School, class of 1951 and Mr. Seibert the class of 1950.  
He is employed by G.O. Carlson, Inc., Thorndale.
