It is my will that all my funeral expenses and first debts be paid by my executor hereafter named. Item I give and bequeath to my Eldest Daughter Lydia Cadwallader my Feather bed, Boulster Pillows, Foss Bed, Bedstead, two coverlets, two pairs of Blankets, best comfort and all my sheets, pillow cases, Bureau, one Large and two small table cloths, together with my Carpentiny, Smoothing Irons, and Large Bible, Large waiter and my Riding Saddle. Item I give and bequeath my wearing apparel to my two daughters Lydia Cadwallader and Elizabeth Cadwallader to be divided equally between them. Item I give and divide to my two daughters Lydia and Elisabeth Cadwallader above named all the ware that my cupboard contains to be divided equally between them. Item I give and divide to my Daughter Elizabeth Cadwallader, one light bed spread, one fine table cloth, my Looking glass, pair brass candlesticks, my volume of Weeke Poems. All the remainder of my effects I order to be sold by my Executor hereafter named. And Lastly I nominate and appoint my friend Jonathan Couch to be my Sole Executor of this my Last Will and Testament giving him every power necessary to execute my designs, hereby ratifying and confirming this my Last Will and revoking all former wills and depositories by me made. An Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this Eleventh day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty eight. Willy Ann Cadwallader Signed, sealed and pronounced in presence of Thos Lewis, Owen Evans, West Chester, Feb 22, 1828. Then personally appeared Thos Lewis and Owen Evans who being aff de according to Law did declare and say that they were personally present and did see and hear Willy Ann Cadwallader the Testatrix in the foregoing Instrument of Writing, named, sign seal publish pronounce and declare the same ___ and for her last Will and Testament and that at the doing, thereof she was of a Sound and well disposing mind and memory to the best of their knowledge and belief Office by N Amrod Strickland Deputy Register Be It Remembered that on the 22nd day of February 1828 The Last Will and Testament of Willy Ann Cadwallader deceased, was proved and approved in due form of Law and Letters Testamentary thereon were duly granted to Jonathan Couch Executor therein named who was affd. To render a true and perfect Inventory of the deceased. Estate into the Registar’s office in one month from this date, and diligently and faithfully regard and will and truly comply with the provision of the Act of Assembly of this Commonwealth passed the 7th day of April 1826 relating to collateral Inheritances and to settle the Account of his Administration in one year or when thereunto legally required.
