To daughter Rachel, 200 acres of my land next to Daniel Davis
and 1/3 of moveables. To wife and son Nicholas the plantation I now dwell on
containing 246 acre of land and 300 acres of land adjacent, being the
remainder of the tract I bought of Joseph Phibo and 2/3 of moveables.
Mention of servant maid Margret Mathews. To son Benjamin, my oxen, servant
man John Kitchen £5. 

Executors: sons Benjamin and Nicholas. 
Witnesses: James Johnson, Mary Minner, Margt. Mathews.
