Hughes, Elizabeth Iriscall and Joseph Kelly. To son Samuel 180 acres of land adjacent on south side of above mentioned tract. To son Isaac 180 acres on south side of Samuels. To son Benjamin this plantation on which I live when he is 21, paying to daughter Ruth Martin £20 [wife of Joseph Martin in Ireland]. Remainder to wife and 3 sons.
