Whereas I Sebastian Keely of Vincent Township in the county of Chester Pennsylvania, being weak of body but of sound and disposing mind and memory do think proper to make this my last will and testament hereby revoking and making void all former or other will or wills by me heretofore made, ratifying and confirming this and no other to be my last will and testament. Imprimis. I do hereby order that all my just debts and funeral charges be first discharged by my executors whom I shall herein after appoint. Item. I give and bequeath unto my loving wife Elizabeth Keely all the plantation whereon I now live situate in Vincent Township aforesaid together with all the mills and appurtenances thereunto belonging to be possessed and enjoyed by her during her widowhood or as long as she bears my name, in order to enable her to bring up and educate my younger children, but if it should happen that she should marry after my decease then and in such case I do order and it is my will that she shall leave the premises aforesaid and shall be allowed yearly out of my estate the sum of thirty pounds current money of Pennsylvania yearly and every year during her natural life, which said legacy and bequest shall be deemed and taken as her full third or dower of all my estate. Item. I do hereby order and it is my will that all the residue and remainder of my estate shall be appraised and the amount or value thereof shall be equally divided amongst all my children and to be paid them as they respectively arrive at lawful age, except the share or proportion which shall descend to my son John Keely which said share or proportion shall be and remain in the hands of my executors, which they shall lay out in land for him as soon as they conveniently can. Item. I do hereby order that if it should happen that if any of my children should die before they arrive at lawful age as aforesaid, that then and in such case their share or proportion shall be equally divided amongst my surviving children share and share alike. Item. I do hereby order that my plantation situate in Limerick township in the county of Philadelphia shall be sold by my executors whom I do hereby fully authorize and impower to make and execute a good and sufficient deed of conveyance to the purchaser his heirs and assigns forever. Item. I do hereby also order and authorize my executors to sign seal and deliver a sufficient release to my brother Henry Keely for any share or right or pretention which I now have or ever had to the plantation whereon the said Henry Keely now lives, situate in Skippack and Perkiomen Township in the county of Philadelphia aforesaid it being the place where my Father formerly dwelt. Item. I do hereby also order that my executors shall sell at public sale my plantation and mill which I have in West Caln township in the county of Chester whom I do also impower and authorize to make and execute a good and sufficient deed of conveyance to the purchaser their heirs and assigns forever. And lastly, I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my loving wife Elizabeth Keely, my son Mathias Keely, and my brother-in-law George Christman to be my executors to this my last will and testament to see that all things therein contained be duly performed according to the true intent and meaning thereof.
