To son Jonathan all the plantation I live on, containing 117 acres, also 28 acres in W. Chester, formerly belonging to ineas Eachus, except 6 acres given to sons Benjamin and George and 1 acre hereinafter devised, he paying legacies. To daughter Mary Smedley, a lot in W. Chester, adjoining lot given to Ann Fawkes, also £50. To grandson Isaiah Matlack, son of Jesse, 1 acre to be surveyed off the 28 acres bequeathed to son Jonathan. Remainder to Jonathan.
