MINSHALL, THOMAS. Middletown.
September 6, 1783. May 27, 1784.
Provides for wife Agnes provided she make a deed of lands 
in Chester Township which was given her in her mother's will, 
to my daughters Margaret, Phebe, Ann, Mary and Grace. To 
daughter Margaret Minshall lot of ground in Wilmington, 
Delaware. To daughters Margaret Minshall, Phebe Yarnall, Ann 
Minshall, Mary Minshall and Grace Malin all my plantation in 
Chester Township, also money legacies to each of them. To 
grandson John Roads £20 at 21. To son Jacob plantation in 
Middletown and all other estate, paying legacies, also 
executor. 
Wit: William Yarnall, Isaac Hoopes, Moses Minshall.
