Be it Remembered
 
That I, Park V. Mosteller, being of sound and disposing mind, memory 
and understanding, and considering the uncertainty of life, do therefore 
make, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament, in 
manner and form following, that is to say:
 
Item: I order all my just debts and funeral expenses to be paid by my 
executor hereinafter named, as soon as conveniently may be after my 
decease.
 
Second, -- I give and bequeath unto Augustus Emery all my Estate, real, 
personal or mixed, of whatever nature or kind, or wheresoever situate 
at the time of my decease.
 
And lastly, I do make, constitute and appoint Augustus Emery to the 
executor of this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former 
wills and testaments by me at anytime heretofore made, and declaring 
this to be my last will and testament.
 
In witness whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name, and affixed my 
seal the first day of July, in the year of our lord one thousand nine 
hundred and forty three.
