Provides for wife Mary inc use of real estate during life. To son 
John the real estate at his mothers deceased paying the following 
legacies. To each of my daughters, viz Catherine Skears, Alice 
Buffington, Margery Kerlin, Ann Trimble and Mary Trimble £10.

Executors: wife Mary and son John.
Witnesses: John Norrey, Jos. Armstrong, John Anderson.
