Item I give and bequeath to my Grand Daughter Rachel Patterson one pair of Blankets part worn. Item I give and bequeath to Aann Patterson Widow of my son James Patterson one pair of sheets and one sable cloth. Item I give and bequeath to my son Emmor Patterson the residue and remainder of my property wheresoever found. Lastly I nominate and appoint My friend George Haines my Executor to this my last will and Testament As Witness whereunto I have set my hand and Seal 3rd Mo 3rd 1852 I likewise revoke all former wills by me made all interfering made before signing. Abraham Patterson West Chester Nov. 18. 1854 Then personally appeared Henry Hipple and Abraham Patterson who on their solemn Affirmation did declare and say that they were personally present and did see and hear Lydia Patterson the testatrix in the foregiving instrument of writing named sign seal publish pronounce and declare the same as and for her last Will and testament and at the time of so doing she was of a sound and well disposing mind and memory to the best of their knowledge and belief.
