POWELL, THOMAS. Upper Providence, yeoman.
December 8, 1714. January 5, 1714. A. 4.
To wife Sarah, all real estate and personal estate which I now have. 
Also what shall fall to me at the death of my mother. She paying the 
following legacies. To two daughters Anna and Susanna Powell £100 
each when of age or married. Reversion of real estate to brother 
Joseph Powell. 
Bequeaths Kate Pullen to wife to serve her time. To Richard Clayton 
£5 and £5 towards building a house for the Minister of Chester. To 
brother Joseph £5 also executor with wife Sarah.
