December 4, 1714. December 24, 1714. A. 15.
To the use of the church in Chester 4 lotts in James St.
overagainst the church. To wife Anna 1/2 of estate real 
and personalduring life. To my 3 sons, John, Joseph and 
Thomas 1 shillingeach. To son John Powell's children there 
being 4 sons of themviz Joseph, John, Thomas and Benjamin 
£10 each and to his 2daughters Mary and Margaret £5 each. 
To son Thomas after wifedeceases the other 1/2 of estate 
real and personal.
Executors: wife Anna and son John.
Witnesses: John Humphreys, Thomas Weston, Joseph Elly.
